This is a 34 mile route from the Legacy Trail at Colonia to Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park and back. From the Legacy Trail to the entrance to the Carlton Reserve is 7 miles and is paved. From the Carlton entrance to MCEP is 10 miles and is natural surface. 1.5" (38 mm) or wider tires are recommended for the unpaved section. The Carlton section may not be rideable during wet weather.
